On July 12, China Mobile announced the bid winning results of its centralized procurement of lithium iron phosphate battery products for communication from 2021 to 2022. We won this order with the qualification of the fourth successful candidate, and the winning share reached 11.46%, with an amount of 2.16 billion RMB(336.8Million USD).

As one of China's "new infrastructure", the construction of 5g base stations has been continuously accelerated by four major operators, including China Tower and China Mobile, China Unicom, telecom and radio and television. According to the analysis of GGII, the domestic demand for communication lithium batteries is expected to reach 8Gwh (excluding exports) in 2021. It is estimated that by 2025, the number of communication towers will increase to 13 million, basically realizing 5G network coverage in major cities in the world, and the market demand for lithium batteries in global base stations will reach 60Gwh in 2025.
